Obituary of Carter Ray Warrington

It is with great sadness that the Warrington family announces the passing of Carter Warrington age 72 of Halifax on March 28, 2022 in the VG.
Born in Liverpool he was the son of the late Clarence and Ada White.
He is predeceased by his daughter Christine. He is also predeceased by his brothers Fred, Brian, Ronald, Reginald; sisters Alice and Vivian.
He will be deeply missed by his loving partner Brenda Horseman and his precious Luna. He will also be deeply missed by his sons Carter Warringon, Eastern Passage; Clarence (Charlotte), Hantsport; NS, daughter Tina (Anthony) Lily-Corkum., Liverpool. Special nephew Fred “Pup” Warrington, Halifax. Grandchildren Brian Warrington Sheet Harbour; Lewis (Betty-jo) Garlands Crossing; Meghan Watters, Halifax; Andrew and Thomas Corkum, Liverpool; Chelsea Avendano, Halifax. Great-grandchildren Leo and Levi.
He is survived by his brothers Harry (Karen), Ontario; Thomas (Margaret), Halifax; Carl, Ontario; Derrek (Carolyn), Liverpool; Darrell (Nancy), Halifax; and his best friend is sister Valerie Warrington, Liverpool.
Carter worked for the Halifax Housing Authority for 39 years. President of the Army, Navy and Air Force Unit, Halifax. He had a love for darts, pool, ball and bowling. Pops was always up for a game of crib. He loved to have fun and was always up for a social.
