Obituary of Kenny Cameron

Gerald Kenneth (Kenny) Cameron, 64 Glace Bay, N.S./Hamilton, Ontario It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of our father Gerald Kenneth (Kenny) Cameron in Hamilton, Ontario at the age of 64. Kenny was born in Glace Bay, N.S. in 1957. He was a very hard-working coal miner for many years and was a member of the Hub Athletic Club. Kenny was an avid Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan and had the most amazing heart, as he would never hesitate to put other’s needs before his own. His sense of humor and personality would light up a room and he could make anyone’s difficult day better; he was loved by many and will be missed tremendously. Kenny is survived by his daughters Trina (Scott), Tara “hugger” (David) and his 9 grandchildren, Shyla, Ross, Joshua, Abigail, Gavin, Paige, Morgan, Megan, and Oaklyn whom he loved very much; stepdad Jerry Caines (Papa), sister Wendy Cameron, and two nieces; also surviving are countless family and friends. He is predeceased by his beloved son Brandon, whom he thought the world of; his mom Susan Christine Caines, father, Gerald Cameron; maternal and paternal grandparents and his grandmother (Ma) who had a special place in his heart.
