John Angus Gouthro, 1929-2022 Gardiner Mines, N.S. With great sadness, we, the family of John Angus Gouthro announce his peaceful passing at The Cove Guest Home, Sydney. John was the son of the late Jack and Sara Gouthro, Gardiner Mines. Besides his parents, John was pre-deceased by his wife Elizabeth (Betty), as well as his many siblings. He is survived by a son David (Mary); grandchildren, Michael, and Erin; and five great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place through T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists. Visitation for the late the late John Angus Gouthro be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, from 1-3 p.m. and a Celebration of Life to follow at 3 p.m. with Fr. Daniel Boudreau presiding at T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, 902-849-4199. Interment to take place at St. James Cemetery, Gardiner Mines, N.S.
