Obituary of Troy MacNeil

Troy MacNeil, 54 Glace Bay/Chilliwack, B.C. It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Troy MacNeil, 54 of Chilliwack, B.C. Born in Glace Bay, N.S., he was the son of the late Ronnie and Mary MacNeil. Troy left Cape Breton 25 years ago for employment; he was a Heavy Equipment Operator for various companies in Saskatchewan and most recent Chilliwack, B.C. Cape Breton was always home to Troy, he was most happy being home with his family and catching up with old friends. Troy loved listening to music, his all-time favorite being Van Halen. Troy is survived by sisters: Linda, Sylvia, Lisa (Danny) and brother, Greg; nieces, JeanAnn, Michelle, Bernice, Vanessa, Daneille, Amanda, and nephew Greg. Cremation has taken place. Visitation for the late Troy MacNeil will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 2 p.m. with Fr. Duaine Devereaux presiding at T.J.
