Brian will be greatly missed by his loved ones.
He is survived by his children, Joseph (Rebecca), Jessica, Amber; grandchildren, Ava, Ardyn; best friend and mother to his children, Nicole; and grandmother, Doris, who was like a mother to him.
Predeceased by his grandfather, Stanley.
Born on June 18, 1969, he was raised in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Brian was a loved father and had many lifelong friends. He liked to make people laugh and could charm anyone, young or old. His laugh was contagious, it was hard not to join in with him. In his younger years he loved riding his Harleys and taking his children on camping trips in British Columbia, where they lived from 1992 until 2003. Brian was a hard worker who always did what he could to support his family. He was smart and talented. He would read about any subject, from carpentry to the poetry of Edgar Allen Poe. He was a jack of all trades who could fix just about anything, and he always had a plan for his next project. Brian loved movies, music, and enjoyed playing his many guitars. He had a passion for organic gardening and occasionally used that in his baking. He stayed young at heart until the end.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Brian may be made to The John Howard Society of Nova Scotia, 541 Sackville Dr., Suite #1, Lr Sackville, NS B4C 2S1 (902-429-6429).
