Dear Carol and family,
I sent a condolence about a week ago but I don't think it was received as it hasn't appeared on the tribute wall. First let me say how very sorry I am to hear of the passing of Frank. I worked with Frank many years ago from my office at Environment Canada in Toronto. He was a true friend and a very kind and obliging colleague. I remember one trip I had to the Atlantic Regional Office where I met Frank in person. What a genuinely decent gentleman!! At the time he (and you) were so kind to invite me to your home for a lovely dinner after which Frank gave me a tour of the local area. Such kindness and thoughtfulness! And that is exactly how I found Frank to be on our many phone conversations over a number of years. I came to regard Frank as a dear friend and colleague and will never forget him. In all honesty, he was truly the nicest and most sincere person I met in all my years at EC.I always enjoyed chatting with Frank. I wish I had contacted him a few years ago when visiting relatives down east. I had intended to but got busy with family and it somehow got put off. Anyway my sincerest condolences to you all. The world has lost a truly wonderful guy! Cherish the memories! Rest in peace dear friend.

What can I possibly say. Frank was a very close and dear friend. I have more special memories of our times together on the golf course, bowling and party get togethers. He was always a treat to be around. Easy going and understanding of all the many and varied twists and turns of life, and throughout all of our close discussions, he never lost patience with me. I have prayed deeply and sincerely on Franks behalf, since reading the obituary and will continue to do so in the days to come. The loss of a good friend will remain with me for a very long time to come. God Bless all of the family especially at this very difficult time in your lives.

Frank and I were long-distance friends for years. I worked at the Ontario Climate Centre and met at least once a year and teleconferenced every other month. In the late 1980's we were on a computer programming course together and during daily lunches decided we were not. Programmers. Frank was the ultimate gentleman and one of my favourite people at Environment Canada. Best wishes

Dear Carol and family
Piease accept our condolences on the passing of Frank. Our association with him was related to the OWLS Bowling Fraternity.
Frank emulated our motto of "Fun, Fitness and Fellowship". An unassuming and steady bowler he was always an asset to our group. He greatly contributed to our social activities with his quiet humour and we appreciated your involvement as well Carol. It was an honour and pleasure to call him a "Brother' in bowling.
Sending love and prayers to all.

So sad to hear the news. Thought “Mr. Amirault “ was such a quiet Dad. I used to beg him to play the piano for me much to Karen’s opposition. I am sure she heard him play often but I loved his Boogie woogie the best. He was the first to have me try dried seaweed telling me it was delicious. Haha. I fell for it. Yuck. I was at Karen’s house as much as my own I think growing up on Skeena street and I have not a bad memory of this lovely man or his family ❤️ My deepest condolences to Carol, Karen and Sharon xoxo

Carol, Karen, Sharon, and your families- so sorry to hear this news. Frank was truly a good man, so many great memories of our days on Skeena Street, days in the valley helping in the garden (more like walks to Burger King and Zellers!), bowties at Tim Hortons on Sunday afternoons, hanging out in your basement, and just knowing he was always looking out for all of us.
Wishing we could gather to share good memories, please know we are thinking of you.

Mrs. Amirault, Karen and Family, and my dearest Sharon and Family. I am sorry that you have to grieve the loss of this wonderful man. Although, I did not know Mr. Amirault well only meeting him a handful of times, I do know the amazing daughter he helped raise and have heard such wonderful stories of him, and his love for his family. May the days to come bring you a sense of peace knowing he is still with you, watching over, and in your hearts. Raise a glass and toast the man who you all loved and treasured and share stories that make you laugh and cry.
