Obituary of Joe Harrietha

Joseph Adrian Harrietha Dominion 1935-2021 It is with great sadness that I write this. My wonderful husband Joseph Adrian passed away this past week at Glace Bay Hospital on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021. Joe was the son of the late Dora (LeBlance) and Joseph Harrietha, Sydney Mines. On Dec. 26, 2021, we would have been together for 62 years, he was the Love of my Life. He will be forever loved and missed. Joe enlisted in the Army when he was in his teens and served with The Lord Strathcona-RC and the Royal Canadian Horse Artillery. He was then posted to Germany from 1953-1955, 1960-1964, -1967-1970; from Germany Joe was posted to Calgary, Shilo, Winnipeg, Gagetown and Debert. He is survived by his wife Christina Sharon; sisters: Rose and Violet. Along with his parents, Joe was predeceased by his son, Darryl in Sept. of 2019, sister Carlotta, and brothers, Joseph, Leonard, and Clarence.
