BYRNE, Ronald Edward, Age 61
It is with sadness, the families announce the passing of Ron “Ronnie” at Hospice Halifax on November 28, 2021.
Ron was born in St. Anthony, NL and resided in Cole Harbour, NS.
Left with a lifetime of love and memories, his partner Tonya; children Kaylie (Devin); Ethan.
Ronnie will be forever remembered and loved by his mother Gertrude (Ike); his siblings, Madonna (Raymond); Annie (Charles); Sadie (Tyler); Tony (Rose); Jerry (Liz); Brian (Janice); Clyde; Dale (Cheryl); Rob (Terri-Lynn); extended circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Ron is predeceased by his father Edward, and brother Donald.
Ron loved his Children very much and sometimes bought them unnecessary items just so he could see that excitement and smile in their face. His laugh, sense of humour, and storytelling will surely be missed by his family and friends.
Ron was a hard worker. He worked many years has a sub contractor for Wacky’s and Taylor Flooring within the Halifax Municipality.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the VON staff, staff at the VG, and Hospice Halifax.
A celebration of life to take place in Dartmouth, NS and another in Goose Cove, NL at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Halifax.
