Obituary of Kathryn Andrea Mitchell

Age 49, of Halifax, passed away November 27, 2021 at home. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia she was the daughter of Herbert Mitchell and Barbara Bryant. Kathryn was a very kind and loving person. She loved being around family and friends and enjoyed outdoor activities such as skating, hiking, and swimming. Besides her Halifax family and friends, Kathryn had many close friends in Saint John, New Brunswick where she was employed at the Delta Brunswick Hotel from 2004-2018. Kathryn is survived by her brothers Paul and Gary (Theresa) and nephews and nieces Brenton, Candice, Melissa, Carley and Walter. Kathryn was predeceased by her father Herbert Mitchell and brother Wayne Mitchell. A Visitation will be held on Thursday December 2, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. in T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 71 McQuade Lake Crescent, Halifax. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
