Our thoughts and prayers are with Shelly and family. My mother-in-law shared a room with Quentin at Dartmouth General. Throughout the difficult time they were going through the family was always so kind to her, helping her whenever they could. We were so appreciative of them. Shelly showed so much strength and love caring for Quentin. It was obvious they shared a special kind of love.

I am very sorry to hear that Quentin has passed away. I knew Quentin mostly as Patricia and Kingsley's little brother. His fun and mischievous nature added a lot to the summer of 72 when I had the good fortune to live at the Herman's Island house with my St FX friends and be part of a summer project doing research for Kingsley's "Peoples School" shows. Over the past few years we got connected through Facebook where I saw lots of great pictures of family, Buster and gardens. It was wonderful to read his lovely obituary and get a sense of the grown up Quentin.
My sincere sympathies to Shelly, Jonathan & Coady, Dad Kingsley, Evelyn, brother Kingsley, Pat, Bob, Heather, and Nancy.

Quentin was a true gentleman with such an infectious laugh and pleasant personality. I had the pleasure of working with Quentin at HSBC and was always impressed with the respect he earned from co-workers and clients alike, for both his knowledge of the industry and simply by being himself. He was a great speaker but also a great listener, making people feel comfortable in his presence. Whether Quentin was speaking about Shelley or she was standing beside him, it was so obvious that he adored her. Family was his priority and the boys were his pride and joy. My sincere condolences to all the family.

My deepest and most heartfelt condolences goes out to the family and friends of Mr. Quentin Brown.
I had the pleasure and honor to work with Quentin as a Regional Sales Manager where I got to know him as a true professional in his field. Always an eloquent speaker and presenter, I admired his skills to command attention and leave a lasting impression on the audience. Quentin's dedication to his clients and peers was unparalleled, and lovingly the InvestorLine Sales Team called him QB for short, a moniker not just for his initials but for Quarterbacking and supporting the entire team. A loss of a true gentleman.
May he rest in peace..

One of the finest gentlemen I've ever worked with. I always looked forward to the fall, when he and I would travel across Atlantic Canada and present to branch teams. HIs enthusiasm for his work was contagious, but I greatly admired his love of family and his little Westie, Buster. His stories were always interesting, made more so by the storyteller. A kind man, who easily connected with others and effortlessly lifted the spirits of those around him. Sending my sincere condolences to the Brown family.
