Sending love and prayers to all the friends and family of Ashley at this difficult time.
Ashley was an amazing person, inside and out. She definitely left a mark in my heart, and will never be forgotten.
My first encounter with Ashley was in 2010- she didn't know me, but she jumped out of a cab on Spring Garden road, and decided to protect me from this very angry, intoxicated older man. I had no idea where she came from, or who she was at the time- she just appeared!
After that, I got to know Ashley more, and she had a beautiful heart. She was nothing short of amazing ! She was real, she was honest, she always wanted the best things in life for everyone- and she deserved the best things in life for herself!
I don't know her family - but I sure do know how much she loved her Mom!! She's expressed to me many times over in different ways about how great her mother was, and how much her mother loved her and how much she didn't want to disappoint or waste her mothers time or money and didn't want to hurt her family. We had lots of deep conversations- as I struggled with some of the same things Ashley struggled with in life. But Ashley always smiled, even through the tears , and her laugh was infectious ! She was someone who- you never got tired of being around. She was able to lift spirits, even when her spirit wasn't lifted.
She was smart, funny, and sweet and I'm sad that I won't see her again in the physical world, but I will see you again someday Ashley - Rest in Peace darling and know that you will be missed, and you are loved and every star will remind me of you !! May God bless you in Heaven with everything your heart desires and more!! Until we meet again. Kiss kiss
