Obituary of Marie Rose Vigneault

With heavy hearts we say goodbye to Marie Rose (May-May). She passed away suddenly on June 13th, 2021, at the age of 87 at home with her youngest daughter by her side. Marie Rose is survived by her daughters, Bernice Vigneault, Raymonde Jobin, Renelle Veilleux and Caroline Vigneault; grandchildren, Denis Lariviere, Natasha Jobin, Melanie Dupuis, Julie Lariviere, Tanya Verge Gates, Michelle Turcotte Schulzki, Kevin Verge and many great-grandchildren. Our precious May-May was such a joy to be around with a heart of gold. She was always taking care of other people and worked harder than most men. She always had perfect hair, not a strand out of place, lipstick on at all times and was a fantastic cook. We all loved her special pancakes, boiled dinners, and mouthwatering meat pies. She always had two teddy bears on her bed, one boy and one girl, and her bed was always made. She always insisted that her grandchildren take over her bed for sleepovers and would gracefully sleep on the pullout couch. Before bed you would always hear her whisper her prayers as she held her rosery close. Although she has left us behind, she has so many with her now. We know her husband Arthur has waited a long time to see her and we know he will take extra special care of her. This is not goodbye but see you later. Rest in peace May-May, we love you SO MUCH!
