Obituary of Eric Joseph Dahr

It is with great sadness that the family of Eric Joseph Dahr, age 25 of Halifax, announce his sudden passing on July 1st, 2018 at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Scott and Donna (Theriault) Dahr. Eric loved his cat, and also loved to cook, make people laugh, and spend time outdoors. He was a great inventor, had a big heart, and was loved by many. Beside his parents, Eric is survived by sister Belinda, niece Layla, and grandparents Eric and Donna Dahr. Eric was predeceased by grandparents Marguerite and Leo Theriault. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists. (902-835-4212). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 7th, at 3 pm, at 53 Manor Drive in Lower Sackville. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eric’s memory can be made to a family fund at the Phoenix House. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the ICU Staff at the Halifax Infirmary.
