To Whom it May Concern, The executor, of the late Cleveland Swim, has been advised by Cole Harbour RCMP that someone is taking the personal emails of friends and family contained within the TJ Tracey memorial posting of Cleveland Swim and claiming to be a lawyer in the United Kingdom who is overseeing a trust fund for the estate of the late Cleveland Swim. Please be advised that this is not true and in fact is a fraud scheme in an attempt to get money from unsuspecting friends and family. If you do receive an email in regards to Cleveland Swim please delete it and do not reply and do not send any money in response to the email. The estate is being managed by his son’s and no trust fund was ever created. The family wishes to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused any of you. Respectfully, The Family of the late Cleveland Swim
