Obituary of Isabel Snook

Isabel Snook Glace Bay It is with great sadness that we, the family announce the sudden passing of Isabel Snook, age 63 at her home on Highland Street. Born in Glace Bay, She was the daughter of the late Mary (Oakes) and Henry Snook. Isabel was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece and friend. She is survived by her daughter Emily who was her pride and joy; a son William, Montreal; her sisters, Mary, Marlene and Joanne; brothers, Chesley (Kelly), Henry (Geri Lou), Ronnie, Tommy, Jimmy and Johnny (Suzanne); as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, Isabel was predeceased by her maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place. In honoring Isabel’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay (902-849-4199). A special thank you to Dr. Mark Elleker for all the care he has given Isabel.
