Obituary of Rose Ann MacLaughlin

Rose Ann MacLaughlin Age 91, Halifax On Monday March 8, 2021 Rose Ann MacLaughlin passed away at the age of 91. Rose Ann was born on February 8, 1930 in New York to the late, Anthony and Mary Gallagher. She studied dance and singing before getting her start in show business as a Radio City Rockette. She moved up the chorus line to become part of the famous Copa chorus line. She performed in Atlantic City, Las Vegas and toured the globe as part of Bob Hope's USO tours. She recorded on the 20th Century Fox, Jubilee and Camay record labels. Her songs include SOS (I Love You), He Lied to Me and Picture of a Fool. Rose Ann was known for her quick wit and infectious smile as well as her love of all animals. Rose Ann was predeceased in death by her siblings, Mary Ellen, Kathleen, Joseph and Bridy. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
