Obituary of Kevin Robert Lenn Keizer

KEIZER, Kevin Robert Lenn- Age 66 of Bedford, it is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing on February 28, 2021, at home with his loving wife of 35 years by his side. Retired from HMC Dockyard after 31 years of service. Kevin is survived by his devoted wife, Margaret “Marg”; stepchildren, Mike (Kelly) Mowery and Tina (Bryan) Bain; grandchildren, Tyler Cranston, Julianne Bain, Regan, and Ella Mowery; brothers, Terry (Fran) Marshall; sister, Paulette (Curtis) Davidson. He was predeceased by his parents Terence and Prenia (Davis) Keizer; brother, Phillip in infancy. His much-loved cats were his precious fur babies, Martha and Dawgh, Especially Martha. He treated them like children and spoiled them greatly. He was a true Maple Leaf fan, and some would call him an avid fan. He never waivered on his support for them. He will sadly be missed. Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 71 McQuade Lake Crescent, Halifax. In keeping with Kevin’s wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to Bide Awhile Animal Shelter.
