Obituary of Clark Zakhour
Please share a memory of Clark to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sadness that Clark "Clarky" Zakhour passed away December 19, 2020. He was born in 1963, in Minyara, Lebanon before Immigrating to Canada in 1985 where he lived in Timberlea and Tantallon before making Chester his family home. It wasn’t long before Clark became a true legend in the community of Chester, bringing a smile to all of his customers through his infamous pizza and donair. While many came for Clark’s cooking, it was Clark’s generosity, positivity and humour, that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. An active member in the St. Antonios Orthodox community, Clark devoted much of his time to his faith.
The son of Saadallah and Josephine Zakhour (deceased), Clark was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend to many. He will be forever remembered by his loving wife of 35 years Maha Zakhour, daughters Amanda and Kimberl; sons, Samer (Kasmir), and Robert (Amy) Zakhour; his siblings, Lutfallah (Evelyn) Zakhour, Lamia (Riad) Habib, Mounzer (Roueida) Zakhour. Clark was predeceased by his sister Kyova (Terry) Zakhour. Clark will also be fondly remembered by his three grandchildren, Xavier, Layla, and Zachary Zakhour, and his numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
