Obituary of Joseph Henry Tillman

Joseph Henry Tillman, 88, passed on August 26, 2020. Born in Halifax Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Joseph Tillman and Kathleen Slaunwhite. He married Auldis (Snow) in 1955 and they lived together in Fall River, Nova Scotia, St John's Newfoundland, Sherwood Prince Edward Island, Ottawa Ontario and Bedford, Nova Scotia. Together they raised 3 children Joseph (Valerie), Cindi-Lee (Thomas), Kevin. He is also survived a brother John, 2 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. Joseph was a Senior Manager at the Government of Canada. Joseph was a perfect father, grandfather, brother and a wonderful person. The family wish to extend a special thank you to the wonderful staff at the Northwood Ivany Place Bedford Campus. Arrangements have been intrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 71 McQuade Lake Drive, Halifax, NS. In keeping with Joseph’s wishes there will no visitation or funeral service taking place.
