It is with heavy hearts we the family announce the passing of Barbara Cameron, age 90, on Sunday August 2, 2020 at the Glace Bay Hospital, Glace Bay. Born in Glace Bay on January 1, 1930, she was the daughter of the late William and Celeste ‘Sally’ (Donovan) McCabe.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Bill (Greta),Joe, Sheila (Bill), Jeremias ‘Jerry’ (Ralph) and her cherished son, John ‘Moe’ Cameron.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Aubrey Cameron; her children, Billy, Debbie, Jimmy, Joanne, Karen, Maureen, Stephen, Bruce, Wendy, Sheila and Clint; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as her good friends, Margie Blue and Barbara Morrison.

Mom was a wonderful, kind and compassionate woman who we will miss dearly.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, NS (902-849-4199)
