Obituary of Roy Jewells

Roy Thomas Jewels, 66 It is with broken hearts, we the family, announce the sudden passing of our brother Roy Thomas Jewells on May 6, 2020 at home. Born in Glace Bay, Roy was the son of the late Edward and Carrie (Dean) Jewells of Donkin. Roy worked for many years as a lobster fisherman. He enjoyed amateur photography, spending time with his beloved cat Angel and long scenic drives with the love of his life Sharon (Vicki) Mac Vicar. Roy is survived by his son; Lyroy, Siblings; Myrna, Ethel, Eddie, John, Terry, Gary, Carl, Blaine and their spouses. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Diane, Linda and Baby Leaha. Due to Covid 19, there will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date.
