Agnes Clotilda MacLeod, age 85 of Halifax (formerly of Louisbourg) passed away on March 9th, 2020 at Maplestone Enhanced Care.
Born in Little Lorraine, Cape Breton she was the daughter of William and Libby (Burke) Kennedy.
Survived by her son,Bruce MacLeod(Ruby);daughters, Nancy MacLeod (Marie-Claire) and Noel (Robert); grandchildren, Bruce (Natalie), Libby and Isabella; great-grandchild, Jack; sister, Florence Fiander. She was predeceased by husband, Malcolm MacLeod; partner, Joe MacKinnon; grand-daughter, Jennifer Dawn; brother, Joseph Kennedy; sister, Lillian Burke.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation & Burial Specialist, 370 Reserve Street, Glace Bay (902) 849-4199. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 12th at 1:30pm followed by the funeral service at 2:30pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or Bryony House. Many thanks to the staff who journeyed with mom on Evan’s Court, Maplestone and who offered great love & support to mum throughout.
