James ‘Jimmy’ Terrance Munden
Glace Bay
It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing Jimmy Munden on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of James 'Jim' and Dorothy 'Dot' (Billard) Munden.
Jimmy was a lobster fisherman since he was 16 years old. He enjoyed being on the water, smelt fishing with his friend, Jack and was an excellent carpenter who could turn his hand to anything.
Jimmy enjoyed trail riding with the guys on his ATV as well as an avid bowler and dart player. He was a member of the Sergeants Mess and Army Navy.
He will be missed by his many friends, especially the three musketeers Melvin, Leland and Mickey. His ice fishing friends will always remember him by the ice huts he loved to build and the many hours spent fishing together. Jimmy had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.
