Obituary of Michele Cormier

Michele Cormier, 59, of Middle Sackville, NS passed away January 12, 2020 in Halifax, NS. Born in Winnipeg, MB she was the daughter of Jacques Joseph Cormier and Marilyn (Craig) Cormier. Michele worked various jobs in her life; she worked in Halifax, Toronto and Vancouver and particularly enjoyed the seven years she lived and worked in New Zealand and Australia. Survived by her husband of 10 years, Ken Johnson; stepsons, Shawn Johnson, Neil Johnson; stepdaughter, Elizabeth (Johnson) Rolfe; brother, Craig (Vancouver); nephew, Kai; and several step-grandchildren. Predeceased by her mother, Marilyn (Craig) Cormier. There will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart Association. Michele was a friendly and outgoing person; she loved traveling and meeting people. If she was your friend, you could depend on her to be there to share your joys and support you in times of need.
