It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our friend Paul "Wideness" MacLeod. He was a high school friend in Rothesay, a roommate at UNB Fredericton when we lived at 672 Graham Avenue and an all too infrequent guest in later years. I will always remember his sharp mind, his rich intellect and his wry sense of humour. We had some good times. Gone too soon. Rest in Peace, Wide. - Dave & Linda Kent

RIP big brother! The librarian told me Paul checked out (& returned) 1,351 books from the Halifax Central Library since 2014.

Paul was a life long friend. I knew him as a kind and thoughtful individual who had a sharp mind and great sense of humour. We had many adventures together including numerous annual sailing days on Mahone Bay. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten. RIP my friend! JD & Family

My condolences. I attended SJHS with Paul and we had many mutual friends in the drama and book clubs. Although I haven't seen him since 1975, I thought of him many times and didn't know where he had landed after university. I am sad to hear of his passing.
