Obituary of James Vernon Milsom

James (Jim) Vernon Milsom, 65, of Halifax passed away January 4, 2020 at home. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia he was a son of the late Walter and Louise (Cummings) Milsom. Jim was a long-time employee of the Halifax Shipyard. Survived by brothers; Ron (Deborah Moulton), Paul (Colleen), Bob (Chris), Tom (Rose Sullivan, deceased), Dan (Kim MacPhail), Kevin (Karen King); and sisters, Anne (Doug) King, Kara (Darrell) Baker. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Mary Jane. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 at 2:00pm in St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Church, 3751 Robie Street, Halifax, officiated by Rev. Charles Bull with reception to follow. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Margaret of Scotland or a charity of your choice. The family would like to thank Sue, Jason, and Lonnie for their special friendship to Jim.
