I remember how SPECIAL it was when Jack and AnneMarie flew out to Manitoba for our Son Lyndon's Graduation in June 2009! I also remember in 2010 when I went home to Nova Scotia one evening we went to Tim Hortons in Dominion for Coffee and Tea! When AnneMarie went to the bathroom, Jack asked me to go along with him and winked at me! AnneMarie came out of the bathroom sat down and Jack had taken off the plastic piece on the lid of his cup and he started flicking it back and forth to me on the window ledge behind where we were sitting! Before we left Jack yelled " And He Scores" AnneMarie left shaking her head and Jack and I were laughing! We got to know Jack more when Kevin and I went out to Nova Scotia after Jack sold his house in New Waterford and he needed help to move to AnneMarie's! AnneMarie was so fortunate to find a partner who had such skilled carpentry skills who carried out all the ideas she had for the house in Reserve Mines( Jack did such Beautiful Work) In April 2018 Kevin and I drove to Nova Scotia and surprised Jack and AnneMarie! While we were there we were talking about the dogs next door who were chained up in the yard and asked Jack what their names are? Jack said Get and Go? Jack said I don't know I just know the owners point at one dog and say Get and they point to the other dog and say Go! We all cracked up laughing So Hard! One evening while I was went out with AnneMarie to pick up some groceries , Kevin and Jack sat at home watching a Hockey play off game! Kevin says I don't watch hockey very much but I know that Jack says" SUBAN SUCKS"!
What I do know is how much I will miss my Brother in Law Jack! AnneMarie was so blessed to have you as a partner who loved you and was there for you even to the last breathe you took on December 25! God has taken you as one of His Angels to keep watch over us below! I will not be there on December 30 to say a final farewell to you Jack! Rest In Peace! You will Always hold a Special Place in my Heart! Lots of Love from your Sister In Law
