Albert Henry Edmonds, Age 86 of Bedford, NS Passed away October 23, 2024 in the QEII Halifax Infirmary site.
He was born in Halifax and was the son of the late, William Edmonds and Marjorie (Wilson) Edmonds.
He is survived by sister, Aileen Huard (Lyle); brothers, James, Raymond (Sheilagh) and Ronald (Linda).
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, William, Arthur and Kenneth.
Albert was a huge fan of old-time country music and listened to his favourites from his large collection every evening. In his younger years he played guitar and fiddle.
Special thanks to the VON and Northwood Home Care who provided on-site daily care services for many years. Also, special thanks to Vanessa and Sam for their care and companionship. The family also wishes to recognize, with gratitude, Tannis Harrison for her long-time care and friendship. She was a strong advocate for Albert and went above and beyond in providing him memorable experiences.
There will be a private family-only service at a future date.
