Heather and family, So sorry to read of your dad passing. I met him a few times with Shelley. The last time I saw him was several years ago in the house in Middlefield. I was driving by and saw your parents were home and stopped in, we must have chatted for an hour or more. He was such a nice man. Hugs .

I have fond memories of Robie. He brought his family to Stirling Brook and moved into my parents house when he joined Cox Brothers Poultry Farm. Robie was always so good natured and truly enjoyed other people. I feel blessed to have known him during my growing years. Sincerest condolences to Heather and family.

Uncle Robie was a very important and influential part of my early years. I remember visits to our house by him, Aunt Mary and the girls to our house. From when i was 12 to 18, every summer - the whole summer - was spent with them in Stirling Brook. I learned a lot about hard work, commitment, dedication and having fun those summers. As time passed, it was always great to reconnect and get caught up, but sadly those occasions got fewer. I'll miss him dearly, though I saw less of him as we both got older, Rest in peace Uncle.
