We were neighbours on the Haulage Riad when Jamie , Jackie and Joleen were small. Lots of great memories of both our kids and them spending and growing up together. I am so glad I had the opportunity to speak to Jamie the Friday before he passed. I walked up to him to tell him how beautiful his granddaughter was. He lit up like a Christmas tree. He smiled that sweet smile, and his eyes squinted like they always did when he was happy. Everyone knows what I mean by the Jamie smile and squint ❤️ He said he loved every minute of being a poppy. He was so so happy. I love that I get to remember him with that big smile. I hope you find comfort in knowing he left this world so happy . May he rest in peace and may love prayers and memories bring his family comfort .
