Uncle Lorne, a witty adventure-seeker who was handy as a Swiss Army knife. His generosity poured out like water from the lakeside camp at Mill Lake where my love for nature, gardening, boating, quading and cards flourished under his spirited guidance along with Aunt Marion and cherished cousins. Your grumpy façade hid only the warmest of hearts. I am who I am today mostly from growing up in your culture. Meeting you again at the pearly gates will be a reunion for the ages. Until then, rest easy knowing your love turned me into one hell of a person - quite like yourself! XO

Much of my life as a young guy was spent listening to stories and seeking that help with the cars and engines Uncle lorne was famous for .
Always will remember the times spent around the camp as a young kid and as an adult just having a peaceful visit on the porch.
RiP Lorne
