Fred was a good man, hard worker, and my brother in law. He introduced me as a toddler to treats my Mother wouldn't allow (until she tasted them herself.) I remember Fred buying me my first favorite dress, barbie doll, and doll carriage.
He was the love of my sister's life, a great Father to my nephew, Adam. My condolences to Carrie, Adam, his parents, siblings, family and friends.

I worked for 3.5 years for Fred at Wendy's. He was always a great person to laugh with and he always made sure that store ran smoothly.
Any time Fred saw me (mostly Walmart or the grocery stores), he'd always smile and say Hello and ask how the kids were doing. :-)

On My Lord, I’m in complete shock. I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes because I didn’t realize he was fighting this battle. But Carrie the last time I saw Fred was at Wendy’s before the major snowstorm, and of course he and I gave some laughable words back and forth to each other. I’ll always remember that moment. I think we made each others day. I’m so sorry for your great loss. Condolences to Fred’s family, hope he meets my son Craig up in heaven and have a great laugh. RIP Fred, you will be missed.

We’ve only had the opportunity to meet with Fred and Carrie a few times, but we had the privilege of getting to know Fred as a gentle sweet man who adored his wife and son. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Carrie and Adam.
