I would like to express my sincere condolences to all of Jackie’s family and friends. I worked with Jackie for the better part of 20 years at Nova Scotia Power in Point Aconi. I knew him as an excellent tradesperson and a great friend. I’m sure he will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.
