I wish to send my condolences to Steve’s family. Sadly our family in Ontario and the U.S just learned of his passing through social media. He was a lovely man with a pure and honest heart and a musical soul. I hope he is at peace and sharing music with his dad and brother.❤️

My dear Linda & Family
I have no words to express how sad I felt when I learnt of Steven's passing. I know he is no longer suffering and gone on to a better world. He was a brave sweet man.
I sure will miss our little coffee times together at Tim's. We always had time for each other.
Steven was one of my most favorite people in the world. He was always so kind and gentle.
Thank you Steven for always keeping me grounded and showing me a more humble way of life.
Rest in Peace dear brave soul and I will look for a sign from you letting me know your fine.

My deepest and sincere condolences to Aunt Linda, John, Bob & Steve’s siblings, children and grandchildren.
Although were first cousins we never lived in the same area or really got to know one another.

We will miss our father very much. One of my favorite memory's was when me and Andrew was in digby high school, dad would come wait by the main doors for us just as the bell rang for lunch and we would go over to his place for lunch, during lunch he would show us some new music he mixed together, he was so proud, sitting there playing his new tunes and jamming to them, to this day I have a few of them on my phone that he sent me through a sharing app!

I know Steve from when I used to work in Digby and he would DJ for the party nights at the club and occasionally come hang out there too. He was such a nice guy and always wished me on every Christmas, Easter or holidays even when I moved out of Digby. Sad to hear about his passing. Rest in peace now Steve.

To my long time Friend- DJ Stevie K, a very kind and gentle soul who loved playing music for people to enjoy, Dance and Party too. He soo loved to watch people have fun and dance- and he could make them dance. For decades he entertained the crowds. After a busy night we'd always sit and chat and I feel we both cherished those times. He was a great DJ and friend and I will miss him but won't be forgetting him or the special times we where able to share over the many years we spent in the night-life. Till we meet again my friend, keep spinning those tunes you love to play.
