Thinking of our dear friend Pamela at this difficult time. May you rest in peace, Jack. You were such an incredible guy, and we will cherish our many fond memories that we made working alongside you at Moore's.
Die hard Miami fan, an amazing artist with so much talent, a carpenter, an expert Menswear consultant filled with fashion and flare, a great friend....you were literally a "Jack of all Trades". Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting you, knew what a gem you were. I'll never forget all of the great stories and knowledge you shared with me.
Sending you all of our love and strength, Pamela. Thinking of you now and always.

My dear sweet, Pam. My long-time and forever friend. I am so sorry that I could not be there by your side at this crushing, milestone moment in your life. We go back so far. To a time when life was just beginning to take shape. And a wonderful time it was! When we met, you and Jack had already begun to formulate your unbreakable bond, (with a few detours along the way, Ha! Ha!). For 53 and a half years, it was to be a pairing for the ages. As a member of your wedding party, I was there to see it all officially and beautifully unfold.
Jack was such a kind, loving, sensitive human being. A beautiful compassionate soul. He loved people, animals, nature, boating, art and beauty in its every form. But most of all he loved YOU! His beautiful Pamela. Never mind the failings of time and age that we all must go through. To Jack, you have always been the same beautiful Pamela that he fell in love with those many years ago. Together you forged a life in love and teamwork that was the embodiment of those vows that everyone takes, but often breaks, when you utter them before man and God. “To honor and keep, for better or worse, in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live”. When the cloud of difficult times descend, so many abandon the commitment but you two never did. Jack worshipped and adored you. You could see it in his eyes as he listened with rapt attention to your every deed and accomplishment. He was so proud of you! Just last year I saw his eyes well up as he recounted your devotion to your work with Cystic Fibrosis. He never stopped being in awe of his beautiful Pamela!
The way you two took care of each other, never faltering when the going got tough, was so admirable. It was like a beautifully choreographed ballet. When you needed one another you were there unconditionally. Always seeing to one another’s needs. Always taking care of each other with kindness, strength, dignity and invaluable humor. A joy to behold!
And of course, lest we forget, the good times were so good! You accomplished so much together. The life you built, the homes you lovingly crafted, the Afghans, the friendships you forged and the loving way you both took care of and have continued to nurture your families with unwavering commitment. All of these things woven together made for the beautiful life you created for and with each other. I am so glad we had last year to recount and revisit some of those wonderful good times together.
Pam, as you learn to live this difficult new reality, in the days, and months and years to come, I know your strength and the beautiful memories you and Jack created, will help to sustain you. Today’s pain will one day give way to laughter and fond memories. You have given so much to so many. As it is said, as you sow, so shall you reap. The seeds of your love, friendship and caring for others will flourish and be returned with support and love from those lives that you and Jack have touched. I love you and, of course, I will always be there for you! Along with Rudy and Heather. The elusive cat, Karlii and Jacks friends, the Fish.
We love you Always,
Your forever friend, Christine

I Love you Uncle Jack and I Love you Aunt Pam. I wish we could be there Sunday to celebrate his rich legacy. Life’s moments won’t be celebrated quite the same without him here cheering us on the way only he could do. We will forever celebrate who he was and the great impact he made. May little reminders find their way letting us know he is always there. May a bright smile and warmth fill our souls when we reflect on the many memories we made and our time together. What a joyous reunion in the Heavens the day Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father called you home. May you be granted to opportunity to watch over and guide us on our earthly journey until we to are called home. We will carry you with us always in our hearts, until we meet again. Your Niece, Jodi Johnson
