It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Michelle Grondin, age 55. Born and raised in Dominion Nova Scotia, she lived and worked in Halifax as a computer service officer.
Michelle is survived by her husband, Roger Grondin; sons, Jesse and Devan; parents, Russell and Rita Boudreau; Mother in law, Marie Paule Fortier; Father in law, Gilles Grondin; sister, Melissa (Gordon) Macdonald; her nephew, Lucas Macdonald; brother, David Boudreau; brothers in-law, Michel, Marco and Mario Grondin; and many loving aunts uncles and cousins.
She is predeceased by her grandparents, Freddie and Viola Boudreau, and Henry and Eileen MacDonald.
Michelle will always be remembered as a caring, loving mother and devoted wife. She was adored by her family and was known for her sense of humor, determination, strong will, and her beautiful smile. Michelle was very active in cadets as a commanding officer and LT(N), where she made many friendships and memories. Recently she started playing darts, but mostly she was happiest spending time in and around the water whether she was swimming or boating.
The family will be holding their own memorial service to honor her memory and appreciate having this time to mourn. In lieu of flowers please share any photographs, stories, or memories you may have.
