sorry about your loss,
just read the sad news,I play music at the Cape Breton seniors program and I met herb there-he was my musical spoon player -around the circle of singers there-he loved that-I loved his smiling ,he talked about cars ,his family, they would visit him there -amazing-the way the staff cared for herb-he would waltz with the staff, all of them while I played the accordion/guitar-I will miss him-he always made my day, he knew life was precious, his was kind and thoughtful

I’d like to first say how very sorry I am to hear of the passing of Herbie. My deepest condolences to his wife and children. I’d also like to send my love and condolences to Ray and Kay along with their families. I only met Herbie a few times in my life, as I am a friend of his niece, Lisa. He was always friendly whenever I’d see him; a very sweet man just like his brothers. God bless you all. Rest in Peace Herbie.

I still can’t believe you are no longer with us. There are no words that can truly capture the depth of the love and respect I have for you. You weren’t just an uncle to me; you were a guiding presence in my life, someone who loved me as if I was your own. Your kindness, generosity, and laughter will always be a part of who I am, and I am so grateful for the memories we shared.
Benjamin, my son, also felt the warmth of your love. Your presence in his life, even in the smallest moments, meant the world to him. You left an imprint on his heart that will stay with him forever, just as you have done for all of us.
