Please share a memory of Peter to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Peter Alan Johnson, 61, of Timberlea, NS passed away suddenly December 24, 2024 at home. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, he was the son of Lorimer and Marion Johnson (Matthews). Pete loved his wife, family and friends dearly, there was nothing he would not do for them and would always go the extra mile for anyone that needed his help. To Denise, he was her soulmate, most cuddly and affectionate person to her, she was the love of his life, with them having the ability to complete each others sentences. He enjoyed a 20-year career with Walter Chappell Well Drilling until his passing. He was a faithful fan to the Philadelphia Flyers for over 50 years and a Big fan of the NHRA racing. Pete enjoyed playing pool with friends and family and absolutely loved his ice-cold Miller Genuine Draft. With Pete’s genuineness and heart of gold, he leaves a big void in the hearts of everyone that loved him. Pete is survived by his one true love and wife of 13 years, Denise Kavanaugh; son, Connor Kavanaugh; and daughter, Hope Kavanaugh. Peter is predeceased by his parents and four brothers, Brian, Gary, John and Randy.
