Obituary of Jean Jarvis

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jean Jarvis, lovingly known as Baba. Jean was an extraordinary mother, grandmother, sister, wife, and friend who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Jean’s heart was boundless, always ready to embrace others. Her kindness was beyond imaginable, and she truly radiated love in everything she did. Jean passed away suddenly after a two-week hospital battle with a broken hip. Despite her strength and will to fight, a blood clot traveled to her lungs, and in a matter of hours, her beautiful heart stopped. She peacefully passed, surrounded with love and family. Our loss is beyond words however her memory will forever be carried in our hearts. Jean leaves behind her loving husband, Russ, her devoted daughter, Ashley, her son, Colby, her granddaughter, Mackenzie, and her cherished siblings, Grace, Ursula, and Vincent. A celebration of Jean’s life will be held at T.J Tracey, 71 McQuade Lake Crescent in Beechville on Saturday, October 5 from 12-2pm. As this is a celebration, please dress in colour as Jean would have loved. In lieu of flowers, in Jeans memory, a donation can be made to a charity of your choice.
