BILLARD, Stephen Arthur, Age 67, of Halifax passed away on May 20, 2024 at the QEII Victoria Building, Palliative Care.
Born in Dartmouth, NS he was a son of Arthur Billard and Evelyn (Glennie) Ayres.
He was a procurement Specialist with the Department of National Defense. The Founder of Craftymo Creations, and a Screening Officer with CATSA.
Stephen enjoyed arts and crafts, painting, crocheting, movie nights, and entertaining good friends for dinner.
He was predeceased by his father, Arthur, and his mother, Evelyn. He was also predeceased by his best feline buddy, Mo.
A special thank you to the oncology and palliative care teams at the QEII. An informal celebration of life for friends and family will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Stephen will always be with us in spirit.
