My deepest condolences to the Njoku family.
I was fortunate to have attended Dalhousie with Angela. With her warm heart, quick wit, and amazing smile, her beauty shined inside and out. There were many laughs and fun times. Through our Black Jazz days, our trip to P.E.I., or just hanging out, Angela’s positivity and fun-loving spirit, even through challenges, was infectious. She was an amazing, exceptional person.
Please accept my sincere sympathies.

Angela was true to the meaning of her name: She was an angel, a messenger of God who walked among us for her time here on Earth. Whenever you saw Angela, did you not see the angelic glow in her beautiful smile?
I met Angela many years ago through my sister-in-law Sharon (Phillips) Paris and mutual friend to us all, Anne Marie Woods.
There are some people we meet in our lives whose genuine goodness and spirit you instantly feel and stay with you. Angela Njoku was one of those people for me.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to her mother, brother, sister, extended family and many friends. May you find some measure of comfort in the words of 2nd Corinthians 5:8 “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
May God bless you all now and the days ahead.

My dearest Angela, you will be missed so very much. To my children you were Antie Angela. You were a prayer warrior, a person who loved all. Angela loved like no other! She was an example of Jesus in every way. People who were invisible to the world were Angela's friends. You were hope and strength to your friends when hope could not be found. I can hear you exclaiming in my mind Yay Jesus!!!! You never gave up on your Lord and Savior and you will be greatly rewarded. Miss you for now but will see you in the future❤️❤️ affectionately "Sher-bear"xo

Angela loved to laugh and had such a positive outlook. Angela and I graduated together from Halifax West High School in 1989. We were in most of our classes together, including being lab partners in Bio 12. I was reminded recently of the time Angela took home the worm we were dissecting in her pencil case to finish the dissection! Evidence of how much she loved to learn! Ironically, I have spent the last 30 years teaching biology at Halifax West. Angela helped cement my love of learning and exploration. I was saddened to hear of her passing and grateful I to read a little about her life since I knew her in High School. My thoughts are with her family and friends. Carol (Chisholm) Mckay

Angela and I became friends, way back during our university days. I cherish the many memories we shared including modelling at a fashion show, hunting for Easter eggs at her house with her sister, and attending Christian fellowship meetings. She was also the MC for my wedding. Angela was always selfless, whether it was giving haircuts in her home to individuals that were homeless or spending time in prayer and fasting for friends. Her thoughtfulness and kindness were truly inspirational. She was indeed a class act. We will miss Angela, but her legacy of compassion and generosity will live on.

I remember Angela as a wonderful faithful saint and right now she is enjoying the beauty of Heaven in the presence of her Saviour - she has just changed places. Jesus gave us a wonderful promise, "...I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die." John 11:25-26. Her life was one that painted a picture of the joy it was to serve the Lord, always desiring to see others know the Lord Jesus in a personal way and saved into His Kingdom.
Everything about her was beautiful, from her beaming smile to her loving kindness, to the songs she wrote. She ran the race referred to in the Bible in its fullest -
"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing."
I am so blessed to have known Angela this side of Heaven - to laugh together, sing together, and pray together - and I know we will fellowship again one day in Glory. My condolences and sympathy to all Angela's family members and close friends. May God's peace and comfort keep you all at this time of loss, remembering that Angela is at home and very much alive in the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. God's blessings to all.

Sending blessings and prayers to your family. I will always remember Angela’s smile and positive energy. We met during our early years in university as members of a dance troupe called Black Jazz. Looking back it was an experience that provided a great support network during our foundational years. Angela will be missed, for certain, but her impact will remain and I look forward to seeing her again on the other side. God Bless! Adrienne Glasgow Harte

Angela was a dear friend who touched my life in so many beautiful ways. She had an inspiring, unwavering faith and a positivity that never faltered. Her laugh was infectious and her joy was contagious. She always had a kind word and encouragement to offer, no matter the situation.
She helped build my faith many years ago. I've been her friend, I've been her nurse. We've prayed together, laughed together and cried together. I last spoke with her in September. I wish I had taken the chance to connect with her again. I am thankful and blessed to have known her.
Angela faced every day with incredible strength and grace. I can't help but envision her jumping for joy, completely uninhibited!! She is wholly healed and in the presence of her precious friend, Jesus. Heaven is surely rejoicing with her today.

My heartfelt condolences to the Njoku family.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Angela during my time as office manager for the Franklin Graham festival . Angela was indeed a special lady … our prayer warrior.. and impacted all of those she worked with on staff and the many others, the festival touched.
As her picture so vividly shows, that beautiful smile melted all those around her , and her thoughtful , generous spirit was tangible as soon as she entered a room.
Her generous and kind spirit will always bring a smile to my face and a warm touch to my heart.
Rest in peace lovely lady.
