Obituary of Leeanne Marie Carson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Leeanne Marie Carson (nee Pinaud), our beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend, who passed away in her home, on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at the age of 47. She leaves behind her husband Mark, precious son Nicholas, brother Michael and mother Sharon. Born on October 23, 1976, Leeanne was a popular face in the Halifax fashion scene, having spent many years working in retail businesses. For the past 10 years, she was the proud owner of East of Montreal. Growing up, Leeanne loved to ski, sail and had a vibrant personality. Leeanne's biggest accomplishment and greatest love was her son Nicholas. He was an absolute joy in her life and she cherished every moment spent with him. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though her time with us was cut short, she will live on in the hearts of her friends and family, especially in her son. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
