Hey Jay,
I hope you're hanging out with Mittens right now and Jeffery of course. I know you missed that cat so much. You were always talking about her.
When you came to my place about a week before you left us I didn't want you to leave. It was the first time we saw each other since we lost Jeff. You looked so healthy and we stayed up all night talking and laughing about the crazy things your brother did and said and eating pizza. I was so proud of you and I just wanted you to move in so I could make sure nothing happened to you too. I found so much comfort in us sitting together talking reminiscing about Jeff and you and I and the memories we share together even after only knowing eachother for three and a half short years. You two coming into my life was like a whirlwind and there was never a dull moment.
I love you like a brother Jay, even if we didn't always see eye to eye. I'll miss ya forever, I'll even miss the little spats we got into here and there (haha), but I know you're in a better place with Jeff and the two of you will always be with me in spirit..and in my heart. Watch over me with my Love okay? Life will never be the same without you guys. Love you buddy.

Heartbreaking news. My heart aches for his Mom and Da, and for his daughter Bria. Lanky, as I remember him, spent a lot of time at my house with my son Scott (MacIntosh). May God’s strength be with all of you during this most difficult and painful time.
