Obituary of Stephen Michael Little
Please share a memory of Stephen to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
LITTLE, Steven Michael (1953-2024), of Terence Bay.
It's with great sadness we announce Steven's sudden passing on March 28, 2024 in the QEII Halifax Infirmary site, due to Health conditions.
In our dads' words "The hockey player who was not " In Stevens younger years his love for Hockey was second to none. Along with great friends having a few drinks and listening to music even if the whole neighborhood had to hear it as well lol. His Love of the ocean was a very important part of his wellbeing along with cars and motorcycles being a close second. Dad also loved going to the racetrack with my brother Stephen where he was always smiling.
Steven had many hats for working, starting with the fish plant, then moving on to construction, building the Government Warf, then a hand at fishing, followed up by carpentry.
Steven was preceded by his parents, Gladys & Patrick “Dos” Little; brothers, Joe, Ralph; sister, Leona “Onie”; and only grandchild, Austin Anthony Little.
Steven is survived by his two sons, Adam (Leslie), Stephen (Samantha); stepchildren, Jason, Gary, and Cory; step grandchildren for loving him even with all his crazy quirks !!!; brothers, James “Jim”, Dennis “Dent”, Patrick “Pat”, and Wayne; sisters, Geraldine, and Gladys “whoop”.
His love for animals never was questioned (Sassy, Sandy, Sparkles, Rio, Cody, Sable, and Sadie)
One of dad’s greatest accomplishments was playing on the same Baseball team "The Sox" with his two boys.
My Brother and I would love to give a huge shout out to all the wonderful people who took care of him till his passing in the QEII, along with the folks from Metro Turning Point, and encourage people to donate if you can to these people as they provide hope in times of need.
