Obituary of Kathryn Lynn Meade

MEADE, KATHRYN LYNN “KAT” – BEDFORD Hi, it's me, Kathryn Lynn Meade. Here since March 1974. If you're reading this, I am already in Paradise, at home with my Lord and Saviour. "The joy of the Lord is my strength" (Nehemiah 8:10). I leave behind the loves of my life, my children, Drew Meade, Jocelyn MacKellar, Liam MacKellar (Jessica), Bridget MacKellar (Patrick); my grandchildren Violet, Poppy, Eli, and Riley; mother, Jacqueline McManus; sisters, Kelly Mackellar (Bruce) and Krista Gabriel (Randy); niece, Ainsley MacKellar (William); nephew, Gregor MacKellar (Madison); many family members and friends, whom I will miss dearly. I am thankful for the love and support of Ronald, who was God sent. I pray that we will all meet again when the time comes. I reunite with those who've passed before me, my dad, Jack Meade, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. If I could give any advice to those left behind, it would be first and foremost to seek the Kingdom of God, live life to the fullest and find joy in the everyday. Look for little pieces of heaven and embrace it ... go ahead and jump in those puddles and be sure to love on one another. "Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven" (Luke 6:23). Cremation has taken place; Interment will be at a later date. A celebration of Kat’s life is scheduled for Friday, February 23, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, EBC / The Meeting Place, 633 Pockwock Road, Upper Hammonds Plains. Officiant: Rev.
