Clare Louise O’Regan, 82

We the family of Clare Louise O’Regan, 82, of Glace Bay, are heartbroken to announce her passing on Friday, December 29, 2023, in the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital with her loved ones by her side. Clare was the daughter of the late Michael and Clara McNeil.
Ma loved to play any type of Bingo, as well as do Crosswords, but most of all she loved to take care of anyone who needed taken care of, particularly Da.
Clare is survived by her husband Art O’Regan of 62 years; three daughters: Linda (Cliff) Guillena, Monica (Jamie) McCabe, and Arlene (Art) Ravanello; two brothers: Michael and Alex McNeil; eight sisters: Katherine Bray, Mary Bray, Jean MacDonald, Patricia Brown, Anne Neary, Stephanie Clarke, Marguerite McNeil, and Teresa Garcin: four grandchildren; Levi Guillena, Cameron McCabe, Derek McCabe, and Mary Ellen Ravanello.
Along with her parents Michael and Clara, Clare was predeceased by a daughter in infancy Clare Louise O’Regan, sisters Frances MacDonald and Monica Mansell.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and compassion of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay. 902-849-4199.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 11 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Parish, Main St., Bridgeport, with Fr. Daniel Boudreau presiding. Interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a Charity of one’s choice.
