It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Janice Margaret Hollett who gained her wings on October 11th, 2023. She was a woman of unwavering strength, who faced numerous hardships throughout her life. Her journey was marked by challenges, but her spirit remained unbreakable, leaving an undeniable mark on all that knew her.
Born on September 3rd 1971, in Burin Newfoundland,
She will be deeply missed by her loving children, Brooke and Joel Young; her mother, Winnifred Hollett-Gerrow (Clevie); sister, Michelle Wareham (Reg); brother, Raymond Hollett (Shauna); and the father of her children, Blaise Young.
She was predeceased by her father, Clearance Leroy Hollett.
Though Janice faced many personal challenges, she never let them define her. She was a fighter, determined to overcome her struggles and build a better life for herself.
Though our hearts ache with the loss of our mother, we find solace in knowing she is finally at peace, free from her burdens she carried for so long.
She will forever guide us to cherish the moments we have with our loved ones and to never underestimate the power of unconditional love.
As we bid farewell to our beloved mother, we find solace in the knowledge that her love will live on forever in our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that her love and courage will continue to inspire us all.
