Ann Doucette-Coffin
Glace Bay
It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the peaceful passing of Ann Doucette Coffin, age 49, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney with her loving family by her side.
Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of June McNeil and Walter Snow.
Ann was a founding member of the Christmas Crew Society. Dedicated and passionate hockey mom to her son, Brady and as much as she enjoyed a live Bruins game in TD Gardens, it was a distant second to Brady’s games.

Ann was predeceased by her brother, Little Wally, stepfather, Kenny Evely, mother-in-law, Amelia Coffin.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, NS (902-849-4199). Due to Covid-19 Restrictions are requested to be followed.

How is it that I never saw your wings
when you were here with me?
When you closed your eyes and soared to
the Heavens I could hear the faint flutter
of your wings as you left.
Your body no longer on this side your
spirit here eternally I see your halo shine.
I close my eyes and see the
multi-colored wings surround me in my
saddest moments and my happiest times.
Mother my angel God has given
you your assignment always
my mother forever my angel.
You fly into my dreams and
when I am asleep I feel your wings
brush against my face wiping away
the tears I shed since I can no longer
hold you in my arms but in my heart.
You earned those wings dear mother and
you will always be my angel eternal.
