November 27, 1948 – July 16, 2026

Barbara Ann Campbell, daughter of the late William and Eileen Jackson, will be joining my best sister and friend, Linda Jackson.

She had seven other siblings and is survived by her son, Robert (Bob) Lowes (Cindy); daughter, Tammie Leach (Jim), daughter, Tracy Lowes, stepdaughter, Tracy Campbell; grandchildren, Ryan, Christopher, Stephanie, Skye, Shawn, Thomas, Daunte, Nick, and Galaxi; and six great grandchildren, and special friend, George MacDonald, Glace Bay.

She was an avid biker, hiker, skater, and enjoyed many other activities, with everyone turning out to be her greatest support group ever. She spent 25 years volunteering to help people with their income taxes.

Donations in Barbara’s name may be made to Unity House in East Bay or the Cape Breton Cancer Centre.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 6 Churchill Drive, Sydney, NS, 902-539-7175. A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 21, from 4 – 6 pm.
