Christine Joyce Wagner "Chris", age 62 of Halifax passed away on May 28, 2026 in the QEII Halifax Infirmary. Born in Halifax, NS in the Grace Maternity Hospital, she was the daughter of the late, Kenneth Patrick Flemming and Edith Blanche.

Christine was a devoted Early Childhood Educator for many years. Her greatest joys in life were her children, Amber Jillian (Mark) and Ryan Patrick (Angella); her cherished granddaughter, Lennex Marie Joyce and expected granddaughter Aurora Diana Christine, who will greatly miss her loving and caring presence. Christine will be deeply missed by her many family and friends, who will hold her memory close to their hearts.

Christine is survived by her brother, Wayne Flemming (Sabrina); and Aunt, Joyce.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, James Edward "Joe", her brother, Patrick Joseph; cousin, Cheryl and many other much loved family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 1pm-3pm in the Fairview Legion.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
